A
Poster CLICK THE IMAGE TO SEE IT ENLARGED
Humetrix needed a large poster to put into their conference room that
would serve to display the history of how their IT products and services
got to where they are today. The 5 1/2 foot x 4 foot poster is used
like a sort of static PowerPoint image. When the CEO or any Humetrix
employees want to describe some important point about technologies they
have created the speaker merely needs to point to the poster as they
describe in words what happened at any particular time of their history.
I did the design and the production work as vector art and managed the
printing as well as the mounting and installation of the poster.

The current product/service that Humetrix has developed and patented
is a plastic card-shaped USB flash drive with 2 GB of space on it. This
card is 2 1/8 inches x 3 3/8 inches and contains a USB-based software
which can display a persons healthcare information on a computer screen
when you fold out the USB tab and insert it into a USB port on any PC
computer. The Humetrix brand for this product is called U-BeWell.

The logo and brand used by Humetrix on its current product/service is
at the top right and is called U-BeWell. This product is a plastic card-shaped
USB flash drive with 2 GB of space on it that is 2 1/8 inches x 3 3/8
inches and contains a USB-based software which can display a person's
healthcare information on a computer screen when the USB card is inserted
into a USB port of any PC computer. When the fold out tab is inserted
into a USB port it will provide fully automated and secure access to
that patient’s multiple online health records from any point-of-care,
from their own home or from any emergency situation that has a computer
with access to the internet. When there is no access to the internet
the 2GBs of space on the card itself still has all the current information
stored on the flash drive that a hospital, doctor or emergency unit
might need in helping the client recover from any medical problem.
In marketing this Humetrix product/service (which is patented) I created
several cards with the prospective clients logo on it such as the other
ones shown below the U-BeWell card. These cards were used in demos during
presentations to the prospective clients named on the cards with their
brands.

A very limited number of these branded "demo" cards were produced.
I created the content/graphics as vector art then printed them on transparent
Avery labels then hand applied them to blank plastic USB cards. These
were the instruction I created for those who helped me to put the Avery
lsbels on the cards.

They have a product called MediSee™ which is an application available
for all Smart Phone and Tablet platforms. MediSee™ is a patient-controlled
application. MediSee™ provides for individual controlled access
and direct delivery-“push” to healthcare providers’
systems (PC, Tablet, Smart Phone) of an individual’s EHRs (Electronic
Health Records).

This is another selction of two logos I have designed and produced for
Humetrix. The one on the top is their version of the "Blue Button"
which is a symbol of the government sponsored initiative for a web-based
function used by patients to easily download their health information
and share it with health care providers.
The
one on the bottom is one I developed for a presentation where they wanted
to demonstrate the internet usability of their product called MediSee™
which is an application available for all Smart Phone and Tablet platforms.

The top graphic art is the front and back of a printed demo insert that
would be in the packaging bubble wrap containing a Humetrix U-BeWell
USB flash card.
The bottom graphic art is a demo web page for a presentation that illustrated
the interactive online use of the U-BeWell USB flash card which in this
case was called Uwellana.
